Macaroni Cheese Pasta.

Just made this without any dairy what so ever! The cheese was Un real!

Boil 2 chopped white potatoes, 1 full carrot and 1/2 onion - until soft. When soft put in a blender with 1/2 cup of cashew nuts and 2 cups of water..

So creamy, thick and cheesy I was gob smacked it worked!

You can buy dairy free "cheese" (made from soya). May have saved you the hassle.

Fùuuuuuuuuck iiiiiiing helllll lmao I had pasta with a cheese sauce. The cheese sauce consisted of 2 potatoes 1 carrot 1/2 onion 1/2 cup cashew nuts and water in a blender with paprika.

IT WAS FUNKING GOOD. THAT'S ALL! That is all!

My cheese sauce has two varieties of real cheese in it, along with other awesome things like chorizo, cayenne pepper and crayfish tails.

What you made isn't cheese sauce, it's just sauce...

Wasn't really feeling ingredients from a cows udder today, thought I'd let her calf drink it j stead before its snatched away and grounded down into mince. Just sayin' so I had a substitute instead and thought I'd share incase anyone else fancied a go!

Now you have added paprika, that makes all the difference.When I have blended potatoes it has always gone gloopy.

Now you have added paprika, that makes all the difference.When I have blended potatoes it has always gone gloopy. "

Yiu need more water just to make it smoother, carrots help for colour and sweet Ness but I think it's the cashew nuts that give it the savoury taste
