Conscious detachment, can you explain more, give an example?"imagine who you are detaching from in front of you...imagine lies of connection between you..see where they are and see which way the energy is flowing..take a large pair of imaginary scissors and cut ties in the middle and breath in your'lost or spent energy bit' it may take a while to breathe it all back in.. there is a proper techniques for this if you type in recapitulation into u tube youll find it explained to you and you may get a surprise x | |||

I find a little chat on here relaxing..don't think i could host the thread like you xx"ahh well i dont do TV or papars..i had my kids two grown up and one teen as well as young one my friend and her 2 and 2 grandkids..known them for ever, she had a friend come from down the road, whos mum is lovely and her grandparents stopped by, to say hi, oh and a young man whos a friend of my older kids, but she knows him and likes him too..bit tribal really...so many laughs though..cant do formal parties for kids anymore, ive done my fair share, they stress me out x i find it easier to host than interject, unless im in a quiet mood x this way i get to say hi and catch up with everyone, i love it x | |||

ahh well i dont do TV or papars..i had my kids two grown up and one teen as well as young one my friend and her 2 and 2 grandkids..known them for ever, she had a friend come from down the road, whos mum is lovely and her grandparents stopped by, to say hi, oh and a young man whos a friend of my older kids, but she knows him and likes him too..bit tribal really...so many laughs though..cant do formal parties for kids anymore, ive done my fair share, they stress me out x

ahh well i dont do TV or papars..i had my kids two grown up and one teen as well as young one my friend and her 2 and 2 grandkids..known them for ever, she had a friend come from down the road, whos mum is lovely and her grandparents stopped by, to say hi, oh and a young man whos a friend of my older kids, but she knows him and likes him too..bit tribal really...so many laughs though..cant do formal parties for kids anymore, ive done my fair share, they stress me out x
i find it easier to host than interject, unless im in a quiet mood x this way i get to say hi and catch up with everyone, i love it x
In Ireland where i'm from everything is more spontanious (spelt wrong)

People just knock on your door and say "hi"....you invite them in for a cup of tea and chat and chat....

ive lived in ireland. im just laid back and settled im my skin..i dont like it, when people pull me to be anything else, or bullies, im not good with those.. that's the only time i get narky.. but thank you, i am very inclusive, not mumsy but accepting and apparently im alot of fun..but they are biased, they are my friends

Me...i come fro the West coast....it was quite rural...a nice way of life...but no work..
I couldn't live there again...my kids love it....

i owned and ran a large holisic health retreat and training centre, county roscommon..no i wouldnt live there again...loved the landscape though...ha, im lucky im quite pragmatic about things 99% of the time
