The age "dead zone"

Was having an interesting discussion yesterday about age fantasies and preferences. We seemed to conclude that for younger women there is a kind of predilection towards people their own age or much older and in older women the reverse. After conducting a bit of research we decided that there is a "dead zone" where as a man you are either too old to be a toy boy and too young to be an "older man" and unfortunately (as a 31yr old) it was concluded that the dead zone is about 30 to 40! Anyone have any thoughts or experiences relating?

yep..... talking out of your arse.... and thats me being polite...

people always find a way in one way shape of form to complain about something they perceive to think excludes them....

so you get your people complaining about age.....

and you get old people complainging about age....

and yours is the first i have seen in the middle complain about age.....

too old, too young, a few years either side ect ect ect....

people spend so much time railing against perceive slights and trying to change peoples minds that they forget to appeal to the very people who may find them very interesting!!!

so you are in fact doing me a favour.... thanks!!!!! you keep complaining and i'll focus on the group you seem to be forgetting!!!

Well falling as I do into the mature woman fantasy category I can tell you that even those categories have dead zones. To some people women of my age are mature fantasy material and to others just past it .

You have a fair point about young studs and older men. Some women do prefer those types. But some women like the dead zone that you describe. I think there's someone for everyone.

i think i get your post OP and its an interesting one... i have kids in my twenties, both genders, so 29 is probably the youngest id see, but its not a fantasy of mine...

i dont like the mentality of labels so being a cougar, or a milf, for someone, doesnt appeal to me,, i find the language a turn off.

i think early thirties and new here are just finding their feet and i tend not to see them because they are busy exploring what they want like etc etc.

late 30's, 40's and 50's seem to know what they want better, are open to communicate more and are generally more comfortable in themselves in my experience...i feel im less likely to be messed about, or, be misunderstood by this age range..but none are to do with fantasies, because of age x

I thought some people were identifying a second age dead-zone - the OP could see one between 30 and 40 and some (not necessarily all) of the rest of us are in the 55+ area and have a similar perception. I'm expecting some poor 18-20 year olds to come along soon to reveal the too young zone...

Then again they're probably out enjoying themselves somewhere else than this forum.

It could be that the age dead-zone is always around about your own age if things seem to be going a bit slow.

If your fantasise about age i guess older or younger would depend on your age. So i guess it would depend on the average age of fabbers if theres a dead zone....

I dont have age related fantasies so i couldnt say...
