"yes and to be able to use your dreaming body at will..but its inner work stuff.. the less you carry around with you here the more freed up energy you can use for bridging the gap which is humanities separation from itself..so to do it and to get the benefits of awareness that you gain from that is not a 5 minute thing x | |||

Cool, I'd love to try but I think I'm just to heavy sleeper for it to work, I cannot be woken at times! Only once in my entire life have I been aware I was dreaming and in contorl, and I can only remember have 2 nightmares "no actually the heaviest sleepers are the deepest in dreaming so it seems its more of a gap to bridge..however if and when they make that breakthrough their dreaming is very soon powerful and constant..its like a veil is placed over the deepest of dreamers, if they choose to approach it and set their intent on wanting it..they get it..x | |||

I never remember my dreams but after hearing this I think I might not want to im weird i can rember every detail of a dream years later if it was vivid. Unfortunately i rarely have sex dreams lol Lol, I do think I'm missing out on the sex dreams! I'm the total opposite, if I remember 1 dream a year that's a lot for me takes personal power to dream even more to really engage lucidly in a sexual dreaming dream with someone else so they get the full physical experience as if you were there.. but its possible
