I've taught my daughter (who is now listening to Led Zeppelin as she goes to sleep) to make a half-strength long Island ice tea. Not only is this educational, but it means I can have a couple of drinks without getting sleepy.

It is!

I had a lovely view whilst stood in front of a lads car so he couldn't drive away completely pissed up.

We'd been out as a big group and he decided he wanted to drive home. His cars volatile enough whilst driving sober, MK1 modified MX5 that's a little drift machine. Wouldn't of been pretty.
