There's a distinct lack of vag pics attached to my incoming messages so something's not quite right.

Sometimes if the receiving persons internet is shit or slow the picture message can take ages to send. Is it still blue and sending texts in blue?

Do you have an iPhone? I use WhatsApp for everyone except one person, can't test it otherwise.

That happens to me sometimes, they send me a code to reset the settings.

But can you text them ok and it's blue when you text?

Go to settings and maybe try turning your iMessage on and off and ask them to do the same.
