I had an odd experience a few weeks back where I went back to uni with the lads I was there with for a sort of reunion do. The thing is I suffered from depression there ( the others still don't know) but well over it now.

As the day wore on it seemed like being back there was regressing it back to that time, and felt really shitty and like an oppressive atmosphere.

I've since decided never to look back or go to places that have bad memories. Anyone else had this?

See it as a good thing. You went back and faced it. Now you can move on.

I had déjà vue once in a place I had never been. That was odd.
