Its friday and the working week is over.

In an hour i will be sat down with a large glass of red, a steak and some old motown on vinyl playing in the background.

Pjs will be on and i will have an ahhhh moment.

Whats your favourite way to destress at the weekend?... (when your not shagging like rabbits)

I'm going to watch a mates band and have a few drinks, was quite looking forward to it but your night sounds way better now

I will be putting the kids to bed in 5, pjs on and making a cuppa. Curling up on the sofa with a blanket and a book. Bliss!

It's been a long old week!

My weekend with the kids so no naughtiness this weekend...will have to make up for it next weekend

What I want is a hot,bubbly bath,a foot and calf massage and a warm body in bed with me. What I'm getting is a dip in a tub,a couple of painkillers and two dopey dogs on the sofa.

Walk up the hill with the pooch , our favourite place. Our hill top haven . The views are breathtaking. Relaxed and chilled out , letting the world spin with out us for a while. Chatting to a chum too .

Then relax in a nice hot bath with a glass of the redstuff
