Uplifting iPod suggestions

I'm getting bored listening to the same old music on my drive to / from work or at the gym in a futile exercise to lose some lard.

Any suggestions to refresh my playlist, ideally something uplifting or motivational when stuck on the M25 or trying to shift the pounds?

I know this isn't the coolest, but uplifting it most definitely is! Give it a chance peeps. If it doesn't make your heart single just a little then you're clearly not human!

Probably not so great for gym, but for the M25 i would recommend you checking out some podcasts:

Life on the Swingset - for swingers, by swingers talking about anything and everything regarding ethical non-monogamy, relationships, sexual health, toy reviews, etiquette, questions from the listeners etc.

The Savage Lovecast - agony uncle style relationship advice from swingers, poly, kinky, vanilla, LGBT people as well as a bit of American sexual politics thrown in.

Sex Out Loud - wide ranging discussions about sex from academics to pornstars to sexual educators to sex workers and more.

Serial - if you dont want something so sex focussed try Serial, a multi award winning series focusing on a real life murder, is the guilty party behind bars, or is it a miscarriage of justice? Who is lying? Who is telling the truth? Who really killed her, and why?
