hi td the ole over tired syndrome..i think body goes into fight or flight but as body too tired the mind starts to race on the sleep deprivation thats my theory though but im sticking to it, till an alternative viable option becomes available x

ive had a lot of life, ive seena nd done a lot..no im not chronologically old but i am inside.. i dont mind, i have no desire to be jumping around all over the place anymore.. im quite happy, i love my forties, but some things do start to go...

Good evening,I need to forget them before I fall back to sleep. Having scary stupid dreams isn't good when you're alone

My only bad dream is of a bastard witch who sits on my van and when I try get in it she quickly gets inside it before I can and chases me around the town until she eventually runs me over and I awake in a panic, however, if I wake during and then go back to sleep its like I go back in the dream but this time I end up killing the witch by making her crash. Bizarre.

I love a happy ending

shout stop in the dream if you can get lucid..as ask what she wants.. i bet youll be surprised..im a lucid dreamer a reoccurring dream is significant in the fact it wants you to recognize and accept something about you ability to hold or weild personal power down here xx

Was brilliant, lots of quality time with my not so little girl (she had a growth spurt) Weather was a bit hit and miss but we had a great time. Scared.myself at ta theme park and saw Jimmy Carr live so pretty awesome
