Has anybody else suffered from this?.Decided to go for a nice stroll today in woodland close to where we live.It had been raining quite heavy and was humid, halfway through i literally couldnt catch my breath and wheezing like crazy. After leaving the woods it all calmed down.I might add ive never had this before and id like to know has anybody else had this.

Central

I had some as a kid and then severe attacks started as an adult. It can be quite scary and potentially very dangerous.

Ensure you're reviewed and it's kept under control.

You may have had triggers from some pollen etc, that exacerbated stress whilst running. The attacks can come and go but ensuring you're safe is paramount.

Bes6t advice is to go to your doctor and get your lungs checked.

Could be several reasons why your short of breath, COPD in older people, do you smoke? any history of Asthma within the family? any lung conditions in the past?

no history of anything in the family thats related to the lungs.Went to Docs today and he thinks its Allergic Rhinitis, said pollen and spores can set it off especially this time of year.Got some anti histamines to take so see how i go.Thanks for your input.
