Somewhere in North Norfolk

Should it be gentle and relaxing or firm with some areas being quite tender and painful?

What are your experiences?

The area apparently linked to the adrenal gland was always agonising for me.

think firm and possibly a bit painfull when ever a sensitive area is found .... a foot massage is a different beast ..reflexology is meant to recognise and stimulate where we need to heal ...
