One of my regular guys has a gorgeous 6 pack, and what i love about it is he's never been to a Gym, his body is crafted by rock climbing. Everything is in proportion as excess weight from over developed and pointless muscle would only hinder him. I'm all for muscle, but make it count somewhere apart from your reflection. X

Did read an article by an ex 'mens health' editor which claimed that guys with ripped 6 packs will always love them more than anyone or anything else and live in constant fear of losing the 6 pack...not sure how true or broad brush it was, but made me laugh
