My favourite at the moment, Atlantic prawn/red pepper and beetroot salad. Was supposed to be at a bbq but it's been rained off

I am thinking .... may have a mini fry up with tomatoes, onions, mushrooms on toast. Already got a whole host of ingredients for dinner on the counter though .... waiting for inspiration for that one as Mr will have done a fourteen hour shift
