So my good deed for the day has resulted in 3 things!

1. Not being able to move without being in pain!

2. Missing my best mates birthday!

3. Not getting to meet a potential FB!

Are good deeds really a ' good' thing?

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else

Put your faith in "Karma".

It doesn't make any difference, but enables you to rationalise today's disappointment into anything good that happens in the next month....
