OK, you have it to enhance your body, but if say your nose got in the way of you giving a good blow job or going down on a lady, would you have surgery to make it smaller

youd have a to have a pinochio after lying for a week nose to get that much in the way...

to answer question..no,but would consider it for normal looking face
