We have one but its a few years old now. Tome for a new one but think we are going pocket sprung with foam or gel topper. I agree with foam makes you hot

I've got back problems so I bought one of these and it was great for 18 months then my back problems started again

Bought an extra firm mattress last year for £600 and still having problems, not sure what to try next.

Any suggestions?

I have a reflex foam one which doesn't get as hot as memory foam. I love it. Letsbe and I always struggle to get out of bed in the morning when he stays over.

Not sure how readily available they are on the open market but you can get mattresses that are inflated and are continually pumped with air so that when you move it moves with you.

Sure I've only seen them in hospitals though, sorry x

I like a cold bedroom, we used to sleep with the window open when we were in a house, but now we are in a ground floor flat so its not really safe sleeping with the window open. My wife however is always cold and likes to keep warm, but I think her skin has absorbed the rays of a thousand Burmese suns which radiates off her skin at night and roasts me!
