strangest thing you have eaten

The pooch and I were watching News Night. We do like to keep up with current affairs. Though I do miss Paxman.

The program has been accused of dumbing down. The pooch agrees .

This evenings closing item was a chap preparing and cooking squirrel.

This made us think what is the strangest or oddest thing you have eaten ?

For us it is squirrel, and alligator.

I had oysters for the first time this year as I didn't fancy them before, great big pacific ones, I ate one straight down but enjoyed it so much I took about three bites out of each of the others, I was spoilt as I had them in Oban famous for its seafood so not sure I will have others quite so nice

A piece of chalk for writing on a chalkboard. It was a dare when I was 12 and I got $20 for it.

Remembering the feel of it against my teeth as I bit into it still makes me shiver today.
