You know when your gut feeling tells you someone you are chatting with on here isn't who they say they are (fake). Do you immediately block without warning, give them a chance to prove themselves or string them along for the fun of it, then cut them off without another word?

Can someone define 'Fake' for me please? Is it a donkey pretending to be human?

As this is a site about blurring the lines between fantasy and reality, there must be lots on here who use chat/messages as a way to explore/enhance their sexuality and sexperiences. The chat rooms, specially the Directing ones give us all a chance to interact with people we might never consider as a "real-life" meet; after all, do you look at everyone's cam or profile who tells you to "get yer tits out" or similar?

Sorry about that long sentence; it's not a penis substitute.

Give them an opportunity to prove they are real, and I don't mean just verified. Request a pic asking them to do something random. If they refuse or give an excuse then its hasta la vista baby! If they are fake then give them the run around as much as possible for being a freak

To be honest, if someone clearly has not read the profile and is sending a cut and paste message, like 'stunning physique' when we do not reveal much on this profile, or the generic 'love your profile' then I will ask them to be specific ... especially if its a straight guy trying their luck. Sometimes it leads to the sender taking it as banter, which is all good as the conversation continues and may end up in us meeting up, or they get the hump. I don't mind either way ... helps the cut and paste people, well at least that is what I tell myself. I reply to those messages and Mr just sits there is disbelief, he knows when one comes through what is coming....

lol so someone could have loads of verifications but are fake if they don't take a picture for you out of interest how often does this work for you?

Actually I did get called a fake a few years ago from a newbie because I wouldn't go on cam I had a profile full of pictures and about 50/60 medications at the time

If I keep the conversation going and request a face pic they usually give an excuse or go quiet. I have been sent face pics which have been blatantly photoed out of a fashion mag, I reported the account of course. I once requested a pic kissing a pineapple to prove they where real, and the couple obliged lol

9 times out of ten people refuse.

People that take the piss and string 'fakes' along just make things worse. Just leave the fakes alone and they will go elsewhere.

If you piss the fakers off it just makes it all worthwhile for them as they are getting their kicks and they will stay just to piss more people off.

I chat to them if they're interesting enough to talk to. I take it as they just don't wanna meet but are pretending they want to for some reason.

Did actually have a couple of meets recently with guys i thought i would never meet up with and been speaking to for almost a year, and another is getting more full on so he might be genuine as well idk. Maybe some guys just like to take their time? I notice some women do.
