Back in the day we where growing up and started to get sexual, everything we did and learnt was by trial and error.

Today so much sexual knowledge can be gained through literature, on and off the internet, how to have an orgasm, how tongive an orgasm, how to experiment with your body..

Anything you want to know is out there.

So if you had the choice would it still be trial and error or would you read up on everything first.

Personally I would still go with trial and error, but as a woman it would be nice to have been able to discuss the fact that I wasn't "odd" because I thought of sex differently to my friends

It was about 1994 I think. I remember all the different search engines and someone said use google so I did and it was about 100 times faster.

That's the trouble today - most people, especially those under 30, do everything like they've just read the book of instructions...

Nobody seems to want to communicate - to actually try to find out what you want, or what might be nice to try -

It's just dive in, fiddle about, and bonk by the book...

It's boring - so utterly boring - I'd rather sit at home eating strawberry cupcakes and watching Inspector Montalbano.... at least I'd be enjoying myself...!

I think I was lucky. My formative years were all trial-and-error and it wasn't until my late teens/early twenties that the Internet was readily available (I still remember the text only days when you had to wait an aeon for pictures to download. As for videos, we're talking an hour for a 5 minute clip). It meant I could easily separate real life from porn and do what I wanted rather than what I might have thought was the norm if I'd grown up with hardcore porn on demand.

I was 33 /34 before I was able to make any use of the Internet for anything interesting. It took so long to download pictures using a modem that it wasn't really worth it. However it was about then I discovered the Adult chat rooms and that started broadening my horizons
