Haha, no it means the front of my thighs are too strong and active so I don't use my hamstrings or glutes in exercises, and it may have caused me all kinds of problems!

I ski and ride and dance and swim so I have never bothered with gyms and targetting specific muscle groups. It seems I need to, ho hum!

I was playing with hyperarch and discovered that walking even slightly on tiptoe really engages all the back tendons and muscles, and shuts the quads up pretty well - fascinating!
