I suffer with migraines the joys of life hope it goes as quick as it comes. Can see me in a dark room with sunglasses on again grrrr

I feel your pain. I have a headache nearly every day. Some days I can't focus properly with my eyes. Hope it goes soon. Drink water

Vicks vapour rub. Massage a small amount into the temples. Careful not to get it in your eyes though.

I honestly think it's the weather here, yesterday and today.

I never had a migraine in my life until I got pregnant with my son then suffered really badly up to about ten years ago then they just stopped, apart from once in a blue moon.
