Never been sledging. Sad but true. If I did it now I'm such a klutz i'd probably end up in hospital

about 30 yrs ago we used a car bonnet, off an old marina, we could get 6 of us on at a squeeze! we used a long steep hill on a golf course..... fantastic fun 'n we'd reach 'bout 20mph!! mind you i'd shit myself if i did it now,lol! Hx

Strong bin liners or a piece of tarpaulin (not used by myself) by our daughter when she was a lot younger. In fact she'd use anything as long as she could get out in the snow

we used old bits of linoleum in our days,superfast it was.for the younger ones its now called vinyl.
