Tony Robinson has been quoted that a new series of Blackadder is "on the cards".....

So where and when would you like it set?

I don't think it will be before the 1st world war though, as the series always went forward in time.

It's just a comedy show, so I don't think the time-line accuracies will be that important! I agree with the poster above - a swinging 60's era.

Other papers have reported this but despite Tony Robinson's claim, when Rowan Atkinson was approached for his reaction, he alleges he hasn't heard anything about this!

Loved Blackadder but I'm kind of thinking "never go back" on this one - not sure if it would be the same now. It was definitely the right thing at the right time and I don't want it tainted by a disappointing reincarnation
