Having a tough time lately confidence has took a knock a bit. So looking to cheer myself up and have a good gym session. My question is even after the worst day what puts a smile on your face?

The antics of my cats - you can rely on them to do the most unexpected and daftest things at any given moment.

In love! Do I need to return them by midnight or they turn in to pumkins?

Used to be watching my pet rats try and out do each other for my attention. They always used to make me smile, even first thing in the morning when I'm a grumpy cow. But sadly lost one to a brain tumour last week.

Music, a bubble bath and cuddles from Mr B cheer me after a bad day.
