We've started using them to relax and de-stress and find it all really therapeutic.

Kinda takes you back to being a kid, with not a care in the world.

I like how you can lose yourself in them

Does anyone else use them? If so what do you like to colour with, crayons, felts, pencils?

Mrs

Go to Tiger, if you have one local to you. You can get everything in one place and the prices are good. I like their brush pens.

I have found fine tip brush pens in Wilko recently but I haven't tested them yet.

Got a book turned away for a week and my 24 year old son had coloured half the pages. Pencils are better, I get covered in ink.

A lot of women use them to help them lose weight....seriously!

Colouring takes the boredom away & also the mindless eating.

I dont colour, unless my grandson insists. But i see therapeutic advantages.

Keep it up you budding Banksys

I've become a felt-tip pen addict

I'm planning to go to The Range and Staples this week to hunt out more. I also need some sort of case in which to store them all.

I may try Tiger as well, if I can face going in to the city.

The Book People and The Works are good sites for grown-up colouring books, but check the prices against Amazon. Some are cheaper but some aren't.

Cashback is available through quidco on both sites. If you sign up for their newsletters, they also both do fairly regular promotions.

Hobbycraft also have a good range of grown-up colouring books on their site. They tend to be expensive though, so if you see something you like, shop around for it.

Adult colouring apps are good! Ive just downloaded a lovely one.

Or Art Therapy, as they call grown up colouring.

Tremendously calming. As are stickle bricks!

They should be airdropped into war zones......

My local Tesco doesn't have many books and nothing that really grabbed me.

I need milk today so perhaps I should drive the few miles to Sainsbury's for a change.

I can see my not buying any more books rule disintegrating before my eyes.

I can totally see why that works. I got so engrossed in mine last night that it was 1am before I noticed and there was no nibbling going on!!

We've used the app before getting an actual book. Love both, such a nice relaxing way to spend time.

We are sharing one now....good excuse to go and get shopping for another one!

Noticed that supermarkets have the big name ones at half the prices Waterstones etc have them on sale for.

Adult...colouring...books. Three words that should not be in the same sentence. Open mind...open mind...nope...can't imagine sitting with a box of Crayola trying to keep within the lines of the Hungry Caterpillar. Each to their own: I'll stick with Playdoh and combing my Barbie styling head.
