I'm pregnant atm but have hidden any pictures showing a bump as I assumed it would be a complete turn off. Apparently not then.

Yes I get it. It's like that old saying "barefoot and pregnant". All pregnant women should go barefoot, get back to nature and give us guys some nice feet to stare at.
