Couples new to swinging.

In our early days of swinging we used to argue frequently especially when alcohol was involved. These days we hardly argue at all, think it's mainly down to being a lot more relaxed and not putting so much pressure on each other and going with the flow. Would be nice to hear the views of others on how they started off and how they are now?

Arguing whilst swinging!, that must of gone well.

Mrs T likes a tipple to relax, this, in unfamiliar surroundings, increases my wariness.

I'd rather keep alcohol out of it, have witnessed some messy situations where some have over done the Dutch courage.

alcohol and swinging is a bad mix, for us at least, brings an extra uncontrollable element into what can already be a bit anxious situation. Clearheaded every time!

My House

We've never even argued EVER in all our years together, not in our swinging or vanilla life, however we have seen some fantastic arguments at clubs.

Abfabs has provided us with the best fight scenes, all of which were funny rather than scary.

Imagine the scene: Youngish Asian couple, her in full Sari clothing, looking VERY reluctant/anxious to even be there. In the stables block where they have the dark room, he literally drags her into the dark room. A few minutes pass, he now drags her FROM the dark room. She attempts to drag him back in. He didn't seem to realise she would be having some fun too. Massive shouting row ensues with him calling her a slut etc and she screaming back "you wanted to come here, you wanted me to stand and watch?". Bet that was an interesting drive home

Dance floor area of Abfabs: Another young couple, this time white. He's leaning against the wall because without it he fall over as he's that d*unk, she's staggering around also d*unk. She's naked from the waist down. As he tries to maintain his balance, she's slapping him left, right and center and shouting that she needs "to be fucked right now" and if he won't do it she's going to "fuck the first man I see", all the while she continues to slap him. Security comes in to throw them out and she screams "nooooo, I need to be fucked, please"

There's been a few more, 1 at the VA and another fun one was at Hellfire concerning their dogging truck (it's inside the building) comes to mind.

All were alcohol related. Booze and swinging don't mix well. One, maybe two to relax the nerves if you need it, but never to excess as it can only lead to trouble

shame to argue - we just agreed that this was fun and an add on to our great sex life - we never take one for the team and wont do what the other isnt happy with - met so many great friends that the social side is good too

Personally for us, I think that the only real difference for us between starting out and how we are now is that there's less nerves.

We never argue anyway, but neither of us has been coerced into doing anything we didn't want to so there's no reason that we should have any objections.

The Wild Wetness

Never argue.

Had loads of rules when we started and have relaxed them over time.

He never drinks whilst swinging as someone has to drive us home.

She has one or two drinks but no more than she would have at home.

Seen a few arguments too. Generally it's about couples who have different wants and needs from swinging, but are not civil enough to respect their own partners choices.

Never seen arguments between anyone who was not there together.

Alcohol and swinging don't mix in my opinion, if i see swingers getting d*unk i avoid them - one drink is no problem of course but the best sex requires some control, imagination, stamina, alertness and raunchiness- not dutch courage or false sexiness.

I have never argued with my hubby about swinging, twice we have disagreed, negotiated then come to a fair agreement - successful couple swinging is all about communication and consideration I think. Both of our tricky moments stemmed from the fact that there are lots of single men for me to play with wherever we go whereas it takes patience, time and effort to set up mfmf meet which my hubby prefers - we have come to a great compromise - we take it in turns now, one meet he gets his choice, next meet it's mine! m x

When we first started out I think it was down to the excess alcohol, it was not down to either of us expecting to much from the other partner or any kind of pressure, nowadays we could go into a club and if something happens it happens if not, not a problem

ive had a few meets that when you walk into someones home you could cut the air with a knife so ive left, & drink is not good if ur going to meet couples or singles
