While I'd like to be more of an eco warrior, I do my best.

Boring subject but litter is a MASSIVE problem. A group next to me on the train just threw their Burger King wrappers and I've commited to calling them out and making them pick it up.

Do you let it slide?

Absolutely not! Make them pick it up! Don't get people like that, would they do it on their own homes?

It irks me no end. I Have been known to advise people that they have dropped something when I see them littering. There is just no need for it.

No. I'm a total Victor Meldrew. I hate litterbugs. I can't keep my trap shut.

I tell the kittens they stink!

Ppl will sit on the doorstep of the shop while waiting for busses ... I tell them about it, if the try and leave thier rubbish there...... But I'd have to clean it if I didn't . As a rule sorry to say I don't .

Somewhere in North Norfolk

This and spitting are two of the things that annoy me the most.

It's disgusting behaviour. The world is not a bin for scummy people with no respect.

Yes, I usually say something. I frequently get called all sorts because of it but I'm never surprised by that sort of behaviour from people like that.

What's worse is when kids do it when they're with adults and the adults don't say anything.

That was so much fun I'm a little concerned I'm a sad twat.

A few got confrontational (group back from football, I'm alone) and a couple apologised and picked it up.

That was actually so much fun (when it kicked off a I got a bolt of adrenaline) I'm considering turning into a right busybody.

Be careful. It's not always worth the hassle.

It does my head in. Who do they think is going to clean up after them? A few times this week I've picked stuff up and put it in a bin.

I'd have my job cut out for me and possibly a black eye if I told people to pick up their litter around my area. I get off the bus at the last stop when I pick my grandson up from school. There's always lots of chicken shop boxes, polystyrene burger boxes, cans, bottles and sweet wrappers on the floor. One lady I noticed eating a salad from a plastic container, when I got off the container was on the floor by her seat. I pick up plastic bags from around the lake when I feed the birds.

People's reactions are so funny - at least if you expect them to kick off you can predict the worst.

Hate it! Don't understand why smokers think it's ok either, outside of places these days look like ashtrays. They would be shocked if you stood with them and had a Mars bar and threw it on floor but happily chuck fag ends on floor does my nut in!

Litter bugs or vandals take yer pick Luckily we don,t see the vandal element So much now days, litter if anything is Normally the Issue and d*unken yobs that Leave broken bottles, or drinking glasses outside ready to be broken from Outside the pubs, for many years we had A telephone box on the corner of the street and it was forever getting Vandalised but it kept getting repaired They had to take the glass out and put perspex in its place, but one night this poor little telephone Box was attacked so badly that after Years of repairs was in the end taken down and not replaced, the people that did this or mindset worried me for a long time as I felt they were mentally Unstable and could do anything luckily After the phone box had gone they went to apart from a bit of damage on some Seats but thats some years back now, we don,t have outside phone booths now Due to yobs.
