so the new walking dead spin off starts soon, I can't wait, love the whole zombies thing, but could you survive if it happened, or wound you be a "walker"

I think I would be like glen, the go to sort of guy

Can't wait for the new seasons! Zombie films were a big part of my childhood, so I reckon if an outbreak hit I'd last for a decent amount of time - provided it starts when I'm close to home!

I can swing an axe pretty well and my aim is good with gun and bow, I'd hope to be Michonne.

But she is pretty cool, I really wanted them to kill off Carl in the first couple of series but quite glad they didn't now, he was an annoying little fucker though ??

But yeah I'm glad they kept Carl. The season where he did nothing but run off on his own was the worst, but he got better.

I'd like to think I'd be like Daryl - Calm and collected, tactile, no-nonsense, etc but in reality, I'd probably be Carol - A carer, good when I need to be but might need rescuing a couple of times.

I am have followed the walking dead since it started, I love daryl I would be like him! You can't go wrong on a motorcycle and a crossbow lol

Hmmm I dunno...

the original series has been waining a bit, some seriously over the top preachiness, empty plot episodes..

I'm a big fan(series one and two)(season 3 started off great)the rest has been...well..not as enthralling, I suspect viewing figures dropping unless the writers can do better soon.

and I still think znation is a fun alternative

Carol is total bad ass, loved it when she said to that little kid she would tie him to a tree and he would be killed and no one would know what happened to him...............she is so dark but plays it so well, sort of person you would no suspect ??

One thing i never get in these films is they only ever have small hand guns what happened to all the big kick ass guns like what dutch has in predator and arnie uses in t2 to wipe out police cars. Would make short work of zombies.

Hand guns are readily available in a lot of areas in the States, alas man-portable Mini-guns are a bit thin on the ground

and ammo replen is a bugger

Film was crap but to be fair, the book jumps around so much making a good movie out of it is near impossible

In the new spinoff, will there be any English actors taking lead roles, as per Rick and the Governor?

On the trivia front, did anyone else notice that the tank seen briefly in the background in Zombieland was a Chieftain painted to look like an Abrams as per the ones in Atlanta in Series one of Walking Dead?...... I know, I need to get out more

just using them as an example but if everyone else dead surely big range of weapons can use or even tanks to drive if army gone

Everyone else would have the same plan, especially bad people who don't care if they're killing walkers or the living. That means you're either dealing with a lot of dead or living people who want to kill you.

Where would you fuel up the tank? Would you know how to drive it, or how to fix it if it broke down? What about replacement ammo?

Tanks run on same fuel as car so any petrol station lol

Exactly, that only place that they slow down is in the poles where the cold affect them, and I don't do well in the cold,lol

A really good zombie film set in africa is 'the dead'-

the zombies are essentially harmless..but when other environmental conditions are factored in, you'll get its drift.
