I remember an episode of ' Friends', where Ross dresses up as Richard Gere from Officer and a Gentleman, and attempts to pick Rachel up in his arms and carry her away from the coffee shop, after several attempts he fails, because she keeps redirecting him so she can turn off the coffee machines and lock doors etc, he then dumps her on the sofa and walks off. It's a good example of real world/movie world mix ups. Has anybody attempted to do something they've seen in a movie, and it's gone totally tits up due to reality?

I attempted the Rocky run up the step's scene but tripping and breaking my wrist soon ended my movie moment

I tried a full monty once, fell arse over tit, landed on my back, I was going to pretend to be dead, but got up with a head like a red lightbulb.

Yep I attempted to recreate the 'Time of My Life' lift scene from Dirty Dancing.

Crashed through the open front door & hit my head on the inner door of the porch when his legs buckled & he fell backwards!

Baby & Jonny made it look so easy in the film.

I tried the Tom Cruise "You've Lost that Loving Feeling" approach to pulling in the Student Bar at Uni.

I sang in tune as well, but the lovely lady turned and said "Fuck off Twat!"

I had a bump on my head, came up like a cartoon character & he had a bruised coccyx.
