Main: Line caught Salmon loin in a lemon and garlic sauce served with baby new potatoes and baby leaf salad. Because natural Scottish ingredients are the best... Desert: Cranachan. Because I'm smooth, rich and come with a boozy sting in my tail! To drink, a dry, lingering Sauv Blanc from the new world. Because I'm moorish.
