Having been made in the 70s I'd have to be prawn cocktail to start followed by steak and chips for main and black forest gateau for pudding

I would go for Thai fusion

Hol mein kok (scrag end encased in lady fingers)

Mek yoo kum haad ( a delicate tongue served in special jus)

Ram yoo phull (special banana finished in a house secret creamy sauce)

Sorry still tired but best attempt for now.

Starter: Deep fried Haggis balls with rocket salad and chilli dipping sauce. Because it's so wrong it's so right..

Main: Line caught Salmon loin in a lemon and garlic sauce served with baby new potatoes and baby leaf salad. Because natural Scottish ingredients are the best...

Desert: Cranachan. Because I'm smooth, rich and come with a boozy sting in my tail!

To drink, a dry, lingering Sauv Blanc from the new world. Because I'm moorish.

It was the salad ingredients that gave it away right?

But it suits me

A naughty indulgence, there's a lot of me, I'm a little fatty, plenty of variety and I aim to ensure that you don't need a second course
