feeling old

Ok so I know each to their own and all that nonsense but does anybody ever just suddenly feel old?

Regardless of what my profile says, I'm 30, it might even say that, but nothing to do with a midlife crisis, Ive started to feel old looking at people's age limits.

I look a lot younger, I'm in great shape and I don't take life all that seriously. But still feel old.

Anybody else feel like this while looking at great profiles and being outside of the age range?

Ps. Who wants to meet. Lol. X

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

I guess it depends on the age of the people you meet. Although how young would someone have to be for 30 to be considered 'old'?

You see here's the thing......

Well maybe not the right thing, but a

thing nevertheless ....

Could it simply be people who focus on trying to keep in shape and constantly grooming themselves trying to look good become more likely to feel down whenever they encounter signs of the natural aging process ......

You don't feel old.

The word you're looking for is that you are finally becoming an adult.

That's all. It takes time but you are just at that point where you realise there's more to life

This is really about the OP feeling grumpy over being excluded from meeting one or two younger couples, rather than about "feeling old".

There are plenty of others that will meet a man of his age.

Hell, there are still a lot who'll meet a man of MY age!!

Must admit, turning 30 was a shock. 40 wasnt nearly as bad - looked at it philosophically and wrote a kick-ass wish list. Turning 50 was quite depressing - although as each milestone falls, you realise aspects of your life are generally changing for the better:

The mortgage is paid off, your toys are bigger & more fun, the wife has been thru menopause, your sex life is somewhat more interesting than 20-30 years ago - even tho things don't always keep going all night...

Dont fret about the numbers - just enjoy what happens between them.

I'm still not used to it but it's better to try and accept you are properly an adult now and adjust accordingly (in general).

Sure, you're no longer in filter range of 20 year old women, but I'm not sure I'd even like to fuck/socialise with one these days.
