Feeling down

Don't know why, maybe because of problems with my mother, but I know she is in goood hands whilst she is in hospital.

Just having one of those days today

I'm a bit the same: I'm potentially about to fly away on holidays, but nothing is booked yet, so a mix of excitement and all the hassle of doing it and getting away.

Hope you all feel easier and smoother soon.

Virtual hugs...maybe go for walk..pop on some music..treat yourself... Try to be positive as you say she's in good hands .

Yes I know that, but doesn't stop me being soo depressed today.

Wish I could snap out of it and be my usual cheerful self

i feel for you, stay strong and be busy in something to free your mind

after years of self neglect and life taking it's toll, my mum is now on 5 different tablets a day, my father has been unemployed for 6 years and lacked any way in helping expect by just walking around the house or being in bed.

I do know how you feel as my dad is currently 400 miles away, in hospital after having major eye surgery xx i find if i write stuff down and then burn it, it helps almost like a cleansing xx

Hope u feel better soon always happy to chat private as well xx

Thanks everyone, feel bloody stupid now sitting here wiping tears away!

Can't stop thinking the worst is due soon for mum, I know she is very ill, and spending precious time with her, but hate seeing her the way she is at the moment.

Suppose I am human after all
