Hi all,

A little advice needed. I've been on and off fab for years. And yeah occasionally the odd guy will look at my profile and message etc but in the last couple of weeks I have been getting viewed by guys at an alarming rate?

Have I missed something or have my settings changed or something? They aren't messaging me or troubling me I just wondered if there's an explanation for the sudden surge?

I get viewed by men too. It's going to happen, it is a swinging site after all. I even get messages sometimes but I just send a polite thanks but no thanks not my thing reply. Yet to have any abuse back from anyone either.

Don't worry about it, there can be many reasons. Some are just nosy, some want to maybe work out the type of person you are due to things you're posting in the forums, some might just want to suck your cock!

Most of my views come from men,

I guess people don't know if your straight, gay or bi etc until they look.

Once they've looked and realise you're straight most won't contact you.

Also a lot of women / couples will look in 'stealth' mode (i.e. won't show up in 'looked at me') to prevent the guys they've looked at but aren't interested in contacting them.

You've had a few recent verifications, it's probably guys checking out other women's veris to see how genuine they seem, or see who they've been meeting... I've noticed more random views after verifications too...

Short answer - lots of reasons, don't worry about it. Long answer follows!

So I've occasionally looked at a male profile - reasons:

- first glance from the avatar, I thought it was one of my pics. Thankfully, never been true!

- I've been talking to a cpl/f and they've mentioned them/been verified by them, so I'm checking they're genuine. I'd say a small but significant proportion are quite obviously the same person, so always worth checking (yes, reported them!)

- before I've approached someone, read their veri's, then looked at the guys profiles. Am I likely to be their type, etc?

- looking for a guy to join a fb & I in a mmf. She may choose/shortlist but I still have a say!

To your question more generally, I think there has been a spike in new members which I think has increased my male visitor count (one person has told me they suggested looking at my profile text as a pointer). But also it spikes when I go on cam - what I'd call the "its late on a Friday, I'm s8, but I've had a few too many so I'm looking at these blokes cocks" effect
