"So,last week my downstairs neighbours were having some building work done. I went out to take some rubbish on the day they left - and the day that the recycling bin had been emptied - and they had already filled the blue bin and both the green bins... would it not have been more considerate to the tenets of the building to just hire a skip?? (I'm a bit ARGH this morning.)" Don't think they are allowed to do that. I work in the building trade and we always remove our rubbish from site or hire a skip. Phone them up and complain. | |||
