Help!! Xbox360 probs

To any of you who own such a thing, I need help! My boy has one and it won't connect to live, although its connected to the wireless.

We have done the restoring settings, switched it off, switched everything off, this morning I turned our firewall off and I am now out of ideas.

I don't even know who you turn to get things like this fixed!

Any advice most welcome, a child without xbox in school hols is like living with a box of rattlesnakes lol

Has he's live subscription ran out as its a yearly thing?

My son and his friends having same problems with his/theirs - it's Microsoft and their servers playing up

Xbox themselves are having problems. Its widespread. We have the same problem at the moment.

It's only with 360's though according to their website updates page. x

i have the one and 360.... only the 360 playing up and not connecting.. need my daily dose of destiny and cod... aha should be up and running later on today if not working now
