So you have narrowed the search down to a pair of slippers and not just the one big one..... keep going, you're doing well.

I have to admit that whilst I love shoes, sexy heels etc, my slippers are big reindeer face ones (obviously from last year). They are the most comfy things ever - brilliant

dont wear them.

i always thought slippers were something old people in homes wore.

i just walk around the house bare foot or in trainers.

I have 2 pairs. A HUGE pair of eeyore ones that a friend was given as a secret santa present but didn't want and a lush pueple fluffy pair that I bought from sainsbugs at the weekend.

Does your Mum maybe mean the kind that have a full back that you have to put your feet into, rather than slip-ons with no backs?

My mother in law is very glamorous for her age and she always wears slippers with high heels, you know the pink mule type with feathers on the front, what you'd imagine Joan Collins to wear, and she actually teams these with a long satin slip and satin dressing gown - its so not me. I like my flannelette pj's, bed socks and reindeer slippers and my dressing gown is white towelling and long
