Don't go over doing it...eyes back to normal just my skin is all itchy...I need some sunshine to perk me up so off to sunbed shop and imagine im in the Caribbean

I have to make sure I switch the radio off before Chris Evans gets to the wake up Boo (I think) jingle, otherwise it gets stuck in my head for far longer than I would wish.
