I thinks it's for the end of the regatta. Not local to whitby so I'm not too sure

Much as I like them, I agree totally. Speaking as one who has had a very nervous horse who was in a right state every night around Nov 5th I'd also only have them on a day or two not a bloody fortnight like is now! Sat in dark in a stable til midnight with a jumpy shit scared horse is horrid

The people who disagree obviously haven't had the experiences of living in neighbourhoods weeks after or before bonfire night, morons setting them off neighbours dogs barking, they're are a joke! How they are legally sold is beyond me! Lol rant over! I can't think of 1 GOOD REASON for them? How many people a year are injured through them? Exactly lol

We have the weeks before/after bonfire night. Every night for the whole of August and then again throughout Christmas. They look pretty but take away the noise and I'd be happy. Fortunately my cat doesn't seem to give a shit.

Take away the noise then perfect lol however millions of people around bonfire night the weeks after and Christmas and after that suffer with domestic animals to a point it's exhausting! They are very distressing to a lot of people for a simple bang! It's outrageous lol in fact I'm off to start a petition at number 10 (or is it number 7)?!

"Fucking hate the things! Should be banned just for public displays!"
when I was married my husband stood on the doorstep of my friends house with my son in his arms, some twat threw a rocket and God knows how but it managed to go between my husbands and sons body without hitting them down my friends hall and burnt her kitchen floor
