Fresh salad with a citrus dressing

I do a cracking slow roast leg of lamb with rosemary and mint cooked in a redcurrant and red wine gravy

Try grinding some cumin and mustard seeds and add to quinoa..

I cook mine in the microwave. Just add boiling water and heat for 5 mins. Done

Bland without adding anything to it..a bit like cous cous. But you can add flavour to it easily. Lemon and thyme is nice, ginger and lime...

I'm going to Waitrose tomorrow - they will have something to take my fancy. Sainbury's was disappointing.
