You will get used to it to a degree. Experiment with different positions too.

Also, never scrimp on foreplay, you'll be much better prepared to receive him if you're very aroused. Arousal causes physical changes internally though I can't remember the details.

try spoons - you never get that deep. Any other positions he will be able to get up to the hilt but with spoons, it's a slower position in general and unless legs get in the air - you don't get full penetration, plus he'll be pushing up to you g-spot leaving you able to you use a want or fingers on your clit.
