Just saw the spat on football focus. Made me annoyed seeing the way he shouted at her, I did like him but seems a right idiot yes he has a job to do but came across as a bully.

When you make mistakes on the football field, the manager shouts at you. Players, coaches, referees. support staff, whoever.

If the team doctor was a man, we wouldn't still be talking about it.

She didn't make a mistake did she? She was just doing her job, surely the well being of a player comes before any result. If Hazard wasn't injured then he shouldn't have been rolling around on the floor.

Yeah fair enough — whether she made a mistake is open to debate. I accept that.

I don't accept that she's the first person ever to be shouted at by a manager in a controversial situation on a football pitch. That happens day in, day out and is just part of the job.

Last time Jose made his mistakes you didn't see Roman Abramovich shout at him in public. Just hope Roman Abramovich gets rid of him soon after they get beat by PSG in the CL again.

but she didn't make a mistake.... she was actually called onto the pitch by the referee.... and at that point her duty of care is to the patience regardless of whether we think he is a big girls blouse or not......

so if jose were to shout at anyone it should have been either the ref... or said big girls blouse!!!

if "big girls blouse" was seriously injured.. and the staff had refused to go on.... jose would have screamed at staff...

the staff were in a lose lose spot.... if jose had just bloody apologised it would have been a storm in a teacup... but the words "sorry i was wrong" are not in that man's vocab!

Jose is employed to win matches, the medical staff are employed to make sure the players are healthy, Eva was called onto the pitch by the match official so in simple terms she was on there to attend to a club asset, Jose was wrong and should apologise to her the arrogant prick.
