I have only owned 2 cars so far, both brought from new.

First one is an old Mini Cooper, BRG, 1.3i, and she lasted 6y+ before I traded her for my current car, a new MINI Cooper, in Feb 2002.

My second car has cost me a small fortune in repairs in the past 3 years or so, due to normal wear and tear, and a car of her age that has been driven hard for all her 138k+ miles!

However, she has been one of the few constance in my life in the past 9 years, and there is a lot of emotional attachment.

I can't let her go yet. Hopefully, with the engine refurbished, she will be good as new for a few more years to come!

I love my MINI so much she even has her own blog!

Best car: Alfa Romeo GTV V6

Worst car: Rover 100 'Knightsbridge' (yeah, right! Knightsbridge!) subsequently purchased as part of an effort to pay down accumulated debts.

And yes, the Alfa was very much a part of the problem!

My best is one I still have as my toy. TVR Cerbera. Nothing comes close. Always puts a big grin on my face. It love to go out Porsche baiting....lol.

Worst was a Triumph Dolomite. It rotted like fooook.
