"I can squat with 3 plates each side, 140kgs in the smith machine for 10 reps." While eating haribo and posting on here I managed to do a weight I have not done for a few years a week or so ago. Smith machine 80kgs either side. 5 reps. | |||

Keep asking for them to get a couple of 50's and 25's | |||

Keep asking for them to get a couple of 50's and 25's" Yes that's not good as you cant progress as its hard to just put on another 20, my gym got 5s and 0's which makes its easier. | |||
