I can squat with 3 plates each side, 140kgs in the smith machine for 10 reps.

In training to be a cowgirl lol no seriously on heavy meds at the mo and one good thing is loosing wait fast but will need to tone up too so any tips will be helpful after years of yoyoing x

I managed to do a weight I have not done for a few years a week or so ago.

Smith machine

80kgs either side.

5 reps.

I've done the 30 day squat challenge I found it quite boring after it got up past the 100 mark but then started doing it whilst watching TV and that distracted me also distracted my counting so ended up doing more some nights because I forgot what I was up to

Problem is our gym is Crap and that's all they have in 20kg plates(8) if I want to do heavier got to start sticking 10's on which is Crap.

Keep asking for them to get a couple of 50's and 25's

Yes that's not good as you cant progress as its hard to just put on another 20, my gym got 5s and 0's which makes its easier.
