Have you ever left...

Have you ever left...the cinema?. Because the film, has been shite, pants, dire, bullshit and or beyond mind numbingly boring, you've had no choice but to flee.

I've left twice. The first time, was whilst still at school. Dracula (1992) and then the sequel, to East is East.

So bad, I don't even remember the simple title, and I'm even less inclined to look for it.

Anymore for anymore.?

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

No, but I wish I had left the most dire film ever during the London Film Festival a couple of years ago. I'm never letting the ex choose the film on his own again.

Glastonbury

Went to see the Lord of The Rings films with a good friend, first night, Leicester Sq opening. Watched the first two this way.

For whatever reason, we saw the Return of the King separately but decided to watch it together for fun.

So they have the big battle dump the ring, Aragorn & Arwen wed blah blah... wee've seen the rest, shall we go get a pint?

Got up and left.

People were booing and hissing us!!!

Really, it's fine! Seen it already...

A date took me to his local cinema to see Diana the movie. I got bored after the first few minutes but had to sit through the rest of the film as he didn't want to leave. That's minutes of my life I will never get back lol

If you're on the back row. You get a pass as you have reason to stay. Otherwise I salute you.

I didn't pick both times. And it cost me a round of drinks, the second time. To get them both out of their seats.

I fell asleep when I was in the theatre watching the Passion of the Christ. Why I was there to begin with I will never know. Don't judge me

Edinburgh

I went to see You've Got Mail (I think that's what it was called) and I left halfway through. I love a good chick flick but that was dull.

I also saw the Collector and hated every second. I stayed till the end but only because I knew I'd feel like a dick leaving... it's only a film after all but I think my blood pressure must have been through the roof. I make involuntary noises and jump visibly... it's pathetic but I have zero control over it and who wants to sit next to that?!

Older Hot Bearded Guy

I walked out of 'Snatch' with an ex girlfriend.

Not quite the same, but, whilst viewing, Terminator 3: Rise Of The Machines, we had to leave the cinema... they were having problems playing it, or something?? Got a freebie to view again, though.

Had to leave amazing spiderman 2 because my ex forgot her glasses and got a migraine bless her. Should have left Alexander, that film was so dire. However, comparing it to the third hobbit movie, I might actually be hard pressed to decide which would be more torturous

Nah, just stay where you are and have a snooze. You've already "written the time off" so why not use it for that, it's warm, dark, comfy....
