I've found the less time spent on a pic the better the result.

I found mine pretty difficult to do too. Trying to keep my boobs under control (they wander off without supervision), point the camera in the right place, keep my arms out of the way and be still enough to get a photo that wasn't blurred, all at the same time, was tricky.
