"So after my health scare earlier this year, I want to get off my arse and get myself fitter and healthier. Although don't think I'll even get to the 6 pack levels that some of the guys on here have. I've done the normal, cut out crap food, eating more fruit and veg. Started to do more exercise, mostly only walking at the moment as really don't get on with running/jogging. So far lost a couple of stone since the start of the year, recon another 1 to 1 1/2 to go. Any ideas how I can step it all up a bit, sort of to the next level? " swimming i go alot and it keeps me trim and is a real calorie burner without the impact of running | |||
