Using fab Mobile to see who's nearby

Who uses fab mobile to see which fellow fabsters are nearby ?

Anyone ever had a meet this way ?

And has anyone done it in their street to spot any neighbours ?

I like to say hello and chat to anyone nearby, it's great to know I'm not the only kinkster on the train, in my street, in a dark car park ! lol

No. I have it switched off.

I tried it for a while once and had an influx of crass messages asking for immediate meets, often when I was just chatting or replying to messages late at night.

I don't do immediate meets so I switched it off. It seemed to encourage guys to pounce the second a woman was anywhere nearby, whether they matched her profile or not.

A lot of men seem to assume if a woman is online on here, she is looking for immediate sex. I'm not, ever, so I try not to encourage that.

I was once visiting another town for work. I spotted that a couple were nearby.

I asked if there were any coffee shops nearby. The wife told me of a Costa so I said I would go. She asked me if I wanted company. I said yes...

I switched it on once just to have a little nosey. It freaked me out as I kept expecting someone to suddenly pop up behind me. It's either not very accurate or where we live is very popular for swingers.

I use the welsh mobile phone, its a bean can and string , so to find who's near just follow the string lol

I turned it on the other day. I live in central London and it showed people in Weymouth. Gotta be 80+ miles away minimum.

I have turned it on out of curiosity,but once the realisation that just because you're close, doesn't mean anythings going to happen hits,you realise it's of little use.

Although it is marginally amusing wondering who amongst the crowd is the naughty one

I was in St helens the other day and randomly switched it on and found a guy I had been chatting to for a while so sort of invited myself over for an impromptu social. Defo would use it again, but only for socials x

Yeah, we pay extra so our filters just specify names of actual people we want to meet. Ours are currently set to Susie Dent or Carol Kirkwood.

If they come within 50 yards, SJ personally sends me a text
