eat a burger

fek it am down from 16 st to just under 14 anno ive still some way to go but all these food thread, have made me hungry, so fuck it i am having a burger with salad... any one else having out they should not

If you really want chips try sweet potato wedges. Cut one into wedges, spray with a little frylight and toss in whatever spices you fancy before roasting in a hot oven.

I'm with you on the burger! Just get a good quality one made of lean meat and put in sandwich thins so you keep the bread down.

Unfortunately a burger isn't a burger without cheese for me...

I've got one of those halo health fryers they do 1kilo of chips using a tea spoon of oil, it's my best mate
